Obituary for Branden Calvey

Branden Calvey
Branden C. Calvey of Orange Park, Florida, formerly of Scranton died Saturday September 23, 2017 in Florida.
Born in Scranton he is the son of Robert Calvey and LeeAndra Cowher Calvey. A graduate of Riverside High School, Class of 1999, he proudly served in the United States Navy. He was employed as a satellite dish technician.
Branden was known as Mr. ESPN. He loved football and knew everything there was to know about it.
Branden was so full of life and quick to help loved ones whenever possible. This loss will be greatly felt by all who knew him.

Also surviving are son Branden Calvey II, at home; brothers RJ, Tyler, Michael, and Trevor; step-mother Terri Calvey.
Funeral services will be Friday at 9:30 a.m. in the Miller Bean Funeral Home Inc., 436 Cedar Ave., Scranton, with the Rev. Ginger Daubenhauser as officiant. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst.
Family and friends may pay their respects Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project P.O. Box 758516 Topeka, KS 66675-8516.
